Welcome

Add an introduction to your home page welcoming the visitor. Introduce you Flotilla, AOR, and what activities you engage in. Explain the links to the left. For example, "are you looking for a Safe Boating Course?. Check out the Boating Classes on the left to see which one is right for you."

Buttons are the following:

  • Go to Insert Menu - Interactive Button
  • On the Button tab select Border Left 1
  • Type the text for the button in the Text Field
  • Type the web page to be linked to
    • usually repeating the button text
    • no spaces in the file name
  • On the Font tab select Tahoma for the font
  • Select Regular for the Font Style
  • Make the Size 12 point
  • On the Image tab set the Width to 150 px
  • Set the height to 30 px
  • Press Okay

To get the button to nest underneath the buttons above it without spaces, use a break command instead of a carriage return. Go to Insert menu and select Break. Or you can press Shift-Enter at the same time and that inserts a break command instead of a carriage return
