View the Templates

Click on one of the links below to examine a working template. These template views are for only looking at. If you would like to use them, then move down to the next section and follow the directions. These templates were made with FrontPage 2003 so they will work with FrontPage 2003. They will also work in other Web Page/Web Site construction software such as DreamWeaver or Netscape Composer

  • Template 1
  • This template is a classic banner across the top, left-side nav menu, and main content box on the right. The banner section has the Auxiliary Logo and a place holder for the unit. The navigation menu is built with the ____ style of buttons. The content box uses the default font of Times New Roman.

  • Template 2
  • The 2nd template is like the first. The banner extends from the left to the right across the top and nav buttons lie on the left of the content box. It is more plain than the first template. I does not have the Auxiliary logo in the banner and the buttons used on the left are made with _____. The content box uses the font Gerogia which is constructed specifically for online reading of text.

  • Template 3
  • This is the most advanced of all the templates. Three columns run across in the top row. The two outer cells have the Auxiliary Logo while the center contains the Auxiliary banner and the unit designation. Just beneath the banner row is a navigation menu that runs the whole width from left to right. Beneath this section is the main content columns matching the width of the upper three columns. On the left column is News and others bits. On the right is a linkable calendar and information pull from a weather site. In the center is the main window where content is placed specific to this particular page. The design changes as you navigate through the site with the upper navigation bar.

  • Template 4
  • Template 4 is also a little more adventurous but is not as advanced as template 3. There is a banner across the top with the Auxiliary Banner and the unit designator. Then just beneath is the navigation banner done with folder tab buttons called _____ from FrontPage 2003. Beneath that the content is divided into two columns divided into page related content and news items. This is carried through on pages linked to from the main page, but the left column shrinks to contain only links specific to the particular page of content. The right column expands to contain the content specific to the links chosen.

  • Template 5 - Under construction
  • We are working on a new design for our 5th template. Stay tunned.
